Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Alice E. Thornton website and any coaching services booked through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Services
I provide online English language and confidence coaching on a one-to-one basis. All lessons are delivered online unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings and payment
Lesson packages are purchased through my scheduling and payment provider. Fees are payable in advance. A separate booking and cancellation policy will be published here once confirmed.
Cancellations and refunds
Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are not provided unless agreed by me in writing. Please contact me directly to discuss cancellations, rescheduling or refunds. Reasonable notice is appreciated and every situation is handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, lesson materials and branding — belongs to me unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
Limitation of liability
Coaching results depend on individual effort and circumstances. I am not liable for any outcomes arising from the use of this site or participation in coaching sessions beyond the fees paid for those sessions.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
